From the Fingers of Henrik Flensborg Rants, Raves and Recommendations about marketing and health

I’ve been thinking alot about stress lately

Stress is the silent killer, that just sneaks up on us and begin cutting away days and months and years off of our lives.

And for some strange reason we're somehow not able to spot these big chunks of our lives being torn away.

I mean, if you wake up one morning and you're missing the tip of your index finger, your bed is covered in blood and it hurts like hell, then what do you do?

Maybe you panic, maybe you're just shocked, but the firstthing you do is stop the bleeding, clean up the wound and bandage it.

Then maybe yo uconsult your doctor, you get some antibiotica to prevent infection and you make sure to change bandages regularly.

All this you do for a piece of a finger - nowhere near a critical wound.

But when it comes to stress we just seem to ignore the symptoms, hoping they'll magically go away - eventhough we know that stress is a malignant killer.

I became acutely aware of my own stress earlier this year when I was sick three times over the course of six weeks - and each time I was sick for more than a week.

It was a rough awakening call, but one that was definitely needed.

And it made me wonder how many different stress symptoms I had simply ignored or failed to recognize.

What about you? - are you completely stress-free?

What’s a StressEraser?

Well StressEraser is an electric gizmo or gadget that can help you reduce stress through the use of biofeedback.

It's only available in the US because it's a FDA-regulated medical device :-(

And it goes on to say

This unique seminar will turbo-charge your business/career to the next level. You will learn from a faculty of successful professional leaders who connect the dynamic, day-to-day innovations of the world of business with your unique skills and business interests. And neither will you.

Our speakers for this seminar include: Terri Levine, Mary Heidkamp, Pamela Harper, Joe Nunziata, Georgia Donovan, Peter Fogel, Robert Imbriale, Jim Donovan, Paul and Layne Cutright, and Peter Julian.

To be truly successful in business and in life, YOU must have a plan. Learning Spa(TM) '06 is the only comprehensive business building seminar in the world that takes into account body, mind and spirit while building a wildly successful business.

In a nurturing and caring environment which fosters deep learning (no boot camp here), we have assembled the best of the best who will bring you every resource imaginable to build your business, market your business, create successful products, open your mind to prosperity consciousness, and how to look and feel your best.

This will be nothing short of a business festival! Why go to different seminars on different topics when you can attend one with marketing, sales, PR, revenue streams...you get the idea.
