I’ve been reviewing a new system called Viral List Builder and my conclusion is that you will most probably not find it useful.
You see, Viral List Builder is a tool that is tailor made for list builders that primarily cater to other list builders and secondary to internet marketers.
And I would in fact not even classify it as a viral system – it’s more like a referral bonus system.
With the usual hosted list building systems you have no direct access to your list – you basically just log in and let the system send out your message.
The problem with this is the following:
1) You don’t know how many emails bounces, so you have no real way of knowing the true size of your list.
2) You can’t do split testing since you have no direct access to your list.
3) If the system is blocked by spam filters because of complaints, then your messages are blocked as well
4) If the system is unavailable, then you can’t get your message out.
5) If the system is discontinued, then you have lost your entire list.
Viral List Builder is dealing with all of these issues, because here you have access to those email addresses just as if you had referred them directly to your own list management system.
And the way the system is put together makes it perfect for those internet marketers who build internet marketing related lists.

Allen Says just recently launched InstantGuruBlog which is simply a combination of an affiliate program and a blog.
This next tool is also just as simple as it is engineous.
RSS AutoPublisher is a combination of an RSS feed and an autoresponder.
So not only will you stay well clear of email spam filters (until RSS software starts implementing spam filters as well), but you can reach your audience in a sequential matter.
Think e-courses delivered through RSS
Think RSS-based newsletters with evergreen articles (as Debbie Jenkins calls them)
Think purchase follow-ups through RSS
But how about CAN SPAM ? - could this apply to you when publishing through RSS feeds?
Well, the RSS AutoPublisher site says “CAN SPAM? Email Laws? WHO CARES!”, “Forget about all email laws, like CAN-SPAM because they no longer apply to you.” and “When you use RSS AutoPublisher, not even the strictest, cruelest current/future email laws can stand between you and your subscribers!”
Well, this might be true right now, but I wouldn’t be surprised if RSS feeds and any other new way of reaching an audience online would be included in future consumer protection laws.
Anyway, this is just speculations on my part.
But if you have been thinking about using RSS as a publishing vehicle, but didn’t want to go the “blog way” to have your feed auto-updated, and if spam filters has been a problem for you in your autoresponder sequences because of the topics you write about, then RSS AutoPublisher might be worth a look or two.
