Quite frankly, this is a loss I’m not crying over

So, Joe Vitale lost 80 pounds and so what?

Well, you won't hear me cry because there are fabulous products to be had at bargain prices, a collosal amount of hypnotic writing available that you can study and some great lessons in how to pull off a major product (re)launch - and the last two are even completely free - all you need to do is watch his website, and follow how the launch goes to get two great free lessons.

You could almost say that Joe's loss is your gain, because all those products with the old fat Joe on them has got to go to make room for new ones with the new and very improved Joe Vitale.

I mean, just look at him now - no wonder he wants to get rid of all those old pictures.

I'm currently taking part in a 12 week weightloss challenge over at BodyChallenge.net and I staked one of my old fat photos that I would reach my goal. And there' s no way I'm NOT going to meet my goal, because this is one picture that I don't want publicised.

So I can easily imagine what Joe must have felt when he looked at all those old pictures after loosing 80 pounds.

The products are awesome - I own a good deal of them myself - and the number of bonuses just keeps piling up, with more added day by day.

Google AdSense Site Targeting stinks

There's a very interesting post over at Lynn Terry's blog about Google AdSense Site Targeting.

Lynn spotted some Google AdSense ads on her site that didn't have the right format, so she investigated it some more and discovered that those were ads placed specifically on her site.

And unlike regular Google AdSense ads, which are PPC, these ads are CPM.

So the advertiser pays per impression, and not per click.

Lynn has been getting some rather appauling results from the CPM ads, so I decided to dig into some of the advanced reporting features that Google AdSense offers to see if I was also displaying CPM ads on my sites.

Well, it turns out, that I've been displaying then since September last year :-(

And I wouldn't say they've been wildly profitable for me compared to what I get from the regular PPC ads. The Google AdSense ToC of course forbids me to share any hard cold facts :-(

Now, I don't know which sites are Site Targeting my sites, so I can't really do anything about them since I can't add them to my exclude list.

The only option I have - it seems - is to go through my pages and see if I'm  lucky to spot an out-of-place ad.

Not an ideal option when I basically strive to automate as much as possible.

From an advertiser point of view, this seems like a really good deal.

Imagine being able to "leach" traffic off your competitors highly optimited AdSense monetized pages ;-)
